My role: Lead Product & UX/UI Designer
Challenge: Working in a startup environment required adapting quickly to shifting business priorities, evolving product strategies, and limited resources. Several large-scale projects were redesigned, paused, or redirected due to changes in investment and company direction.
My responsibility was to maintain design continuity, lead product development across multiple initiatives, and ensure that active systems remained stable and reliable while new products were being explored.

Agra Software — Recruiting & Company Landing Page
This project focused on supporting company growth by designing a modern landing page used to attract new talent and communicate the company’s mission and capabilities.
I designed the website interface to improve clarity and usability while also managing the full recruitment process associated with the initiative. This included screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions to help expand the team.
In addition to interface design, I helped shape the company’s visual identity by expanding the existing brand beyond the original logo. I selected typefaces, defined the color scheme, and introduced new visual elements to establish a more cohesive and professional brand presence across digital materials.
I also created and managed the company’s LinkedIn presence as a recruitment channel, developing content to attract candidates and strengthen the company’s visibility in the job market.
User Personas
Straggle — Social Media & Real-Time Location Platform
Straggle was a large-scale mobile application designed to connect people in real time through location-based sessions, communication tools, and interactive features. The product combined social networking, mapping technology, and gamification elements to create a dynamic user experience.
The mobile application was developed using React Native, enabling cross-platform deployment across iOS and Android devices. I worked closely with developers to ensure design components, interactions, and performance considerations aligned with the technical framework.
I led the design of the platform from concept to near-launch. Despite significant development progress, the project direction changed due to strategic investment decisions shortly before launch.

Straggle Product Booklet
This booklet was created as a comprehensive product presentation to communicate the platform’s concept, features, and user scenarios to stakeholders and potential investors. It combined product storytelling, interface visuals, and real-world usage examples to clearly explain how the system worked and how users would interact with the application.

Apyre — Customer & Management Portals
Apyre® National Cremation Services is an established cremation provider with over a century of experience serving families across the United States. The organization focuses on delivering reliable, respectful, and cost-effective cremation services while maintaining high standards of care and operational efficiency.
I led the design and ongoing development of both the public-facing website and internal management portal, supporting daily operations, customer communication, and service coordination. My work extended beyond interface design to include branding, marketing materials, and direct front-end implementation to ensure consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
The system remains actively used and maintained, requiring ongoing improvements, feature updates, and usability enhancements. The platform supports daily customer interactions and operational workflows for staff and families.

PFURNCO — E-Commerce & Management System
Park Forest Urn Company (PFURNCO) is a provider of cremation and memorial products created to honor every life with care and dignity. The company offers a curated selection of urns, memorial jewelry, scattering tubes, and handcrafted wood caskets designed for both families and funeral professionals.
I led the design and development of the company’s digital presence, including the customer-facing e-commerce website and internal management portal used to organize products, manage orders, and support daily business operations. My responsibilities extended beyond interface design to include branding decisions, product catalog structure, and direct front-end implementation to ensure a consistent and reliable user experience across the system.
The platform supports ongoing product sales and administrative workflows and continues to evolve as the business expands its offerings.

- Designed and implemented the customer e-commerce website and internal management portal supporting product sales and order processing
- Organized the full product catalog structure, including categories, attributes, pricing logic, and inventory workflows
