Winter Countryside

Gaines Township is a township in Tioga County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. The population was 542 at the 2010 census. Such a secluded and marvelous little village is also home to the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. Nature is beautiful, but dangerous.

Snow storm Stella wreaked havoc on the Northeast on March 14th, 2017. It rated Category 3, or major. The storm was a blockbuster that brought 3 to almost 5 feet of snow to parts of New York state, Pennsylvania and Vermont, along with wind gusts over hurricane force to coastal New England.
